It freaked my cats out at first, but after it ran a few times, they just sit & watch it go around. A bit noisier than I expected, but not more than tolerable. I was surprised at how well it moved from the hard floors to carpet. For a picture, its back to the drawing board I tried several times to upload a picture, but it keeps saying it is too large, 6.6 and 6.7. The rug has to be vacuumed before using this the first time, but it picks up what is invisible. I was surprised to see how much it had picked up out of the rug I had just vacuumed. It had to be removed gently as one of the dots of brushes came out trying to get the hair off of the roller. It needed emptying halfway through the room and the pet hair removed from the roller brush. I ran my regular vacuum over the rug first, then this one. It isn’t made to pick up army men or large hairballs. I would suggest vacuuming with a regular floor vacuum before setting this in motion. I also have inside pets and a 6-year-old grandson.

I have a very short nap on my tv room rug. It suggests using all 6 in case it hits a couch or chair leg, it will continue with a different pattern instead of just stopping because something is in its way. It also has 6 motion patterns that it can be set at. It can be set for up to 90 minutes of cleaning to 15 minutes. Then you have to make sure the charging station is in a place with nothing in the way. It takes a 6-hour straight charge before it can be programmed or used, so plan ahead. I found the charging station instructions a bit easier to follow. It becomes a bit confusing to set up the time and mode of the vacuum, as it can be set from the vacuum itself or the charging station. It is very easy to put together, where parts, battery and charging station are concerned. I have always wondered how this type of vacuum would do.Overall I am very satisfied with this product. Only thing I didn’t like is how loud it was but it is a vacuum. When it was done it was easy to empty and my reservations about how powerful it was going to be was put to rest because it picked up dirt I didn’t know was there. It went all over the house from hardwood to carpet with ease. I was a bit unsure how powerful it would be so I turned it on and let it do its job. This vacuum is light weight and has a bumper to control where it goes. It was like Christmas morning when it came. I was so excited to get this delivered.I DO LOIKE THIS PRODUCT, BUT I STILL LOOVE MY OLD FASHION PUSH VACUUM BEST SO BE SURE TO PICK ANY SMALL TOYS BEFORE USEING. I HAVE CATS THA LEAVE LITTLE CAT TOYS LAYING AROUND. THIS ITEM IS GREAT!! YOU DO NEED A CLEAR AREA….So if you are like me and hate to vaccum then this is the machine for you. Hope this improves but other than this it cleaned very well. Did not return to docking station without help. I have several cats and a dog and all help I can get is appreciated. She did a great job and is programmed to run everyday.
Think I will name her Hazel, like the maid from TV. This one worked the entire home 3-4 times. The other one didn’t move around my home and get all areas. Didn’t do a great job so returned it and purchased this one. Purchased another one earlier this week which was $20.00 more expensive. Have only run one time but am very pleased.
